Jessi Beyer, LMHC, is an international TEDx speaker, #1 best-selling author on trauma and PTSD, licensed mental health professional, former SWAT negotiator, and founder of the Crisis Readiness Group, which helps high-impact organizations understand their suicide risk
readiness and prepare their people to intervene when a colleague or client is struggling.
