The workplace is full of power dynamics. How people use or maybe misuse their sources of power are the (not so) hidden forces that influence working relationships, workplace culture and organizational performance. We will explore ways to empower and balance power as well as provide tools and language to use so that power can be leveraged and balanced in meaningful and respectful ways.

In this workshop you will learn

Recognize the various sources of power present in working relationships.
Techniques to manage power plays that can contribute to burnout, disengagement, and just feeling like others are just trying to pull your strings.
Explore methods to balance letting others have their say and not getting stepped on.
