These interviews serve as a catalyst for improving engagement and enhancing retention rates.

  • Identify five essential steps to effectively motivate and retain your top-performing team members.  
  • Define stay interviews, understanding the skills and traits required to conduct them successfully.  
  • Acquire hands-on practice to help leaders prepare for, conduct, and follow up on stay interviews.  
  • Discover how fostering a culture of open communication can inspire active engagement and contribute to increased retention and better results. 
This workshop is interactive with discussions, small breakouts, and application practice. Participants will take away a participant guide with key strategies, as well as a list of additional resources.
