Amy Stewart

Senior Content Marketing Manager, Payscale

After almost two years of working from home, remote work and the expectations employees have for workplace flexibility has shaken up the talent landscape, forcing organizations to reexamine their compensation strategies.  In this webinar, Payscale will present findings from their 2021 State of Remote Work Report, which includes analysis from crowdsourced data from over half a million employees and an employer survey with almost 700 responses from HR leaders and compensation professionals.  The presentation will cover employee expectations as well as job satisfaction and earnings.  We will also discuss how organizations are planning to return to work after the COVID-19 pandemic is over and how they are adjusting their pay strategies to accommodate more employees working from home at least some of the time going forward.

Learning Objectives:

  • Understand how remote work is impacting competition for talent
  • Gain insights into remote worker pay strategies
  • Provide data into the “new normal” of hybrid office structures
  • Walk away with timely and relevant information to help influence leadership regarding remote work and its impact on compensation
