COVID-19 Vaccination Mandates: What To Know & Consider

The Biden Administration announced its COVID-19 Action Plan to combat the latest surge in COVID-19 cases.  The Action Plan requires employers with 100 or more employees to mandate vaccines for all employees or require unvaccinated employees to produce a negative test on at least a weekly basis before coming to work.
