Hannah Febach

Washington State
Department of Health

The first COVID-19 vaccines are here. This vaccine is one of the best tools we have to help us through the pandemic and to resume normal business operations.  As HR managers look to guide their organizations through this unprecedented time, it would be helpful to understand the state’s plan for COVID-19 vaccine distribution and be able to provide relevant information back to their organizations.

In this presentation we'll discuss:

  • Washington state’s COVID-19 vaccine response.
  • The vaccine candidates authorized for use at this time.
  • Vaccine safety and monitoring efforts.
  • The progress in the state, the state's COVID-19 vaccine distribution plan, and corresponding allocation framework.
