We live in polarizing times and the topics on the horizon in 2020 will no doubt have sparks fly. Organizations strive to address issues of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Yet, bringing together diverse populations means an increased likelihood of polarizing conversations. This presentation provides tips, tools, and strategies to assist the HR Professional who has to deal with the aftermath of polarizing conversations as well as coach managers and employees how to respond to statements designed to antagonize.
